can look back on a long career as CEO, Managing Director and COO at both large and medium-sized companies, primarily in high-growth and IT-driven business areas. He also worked in private equity for a major bank and subsequently founded his own private equity company. In the recent past, he was active as a business angel and subsequently as Managing Director and COO of a market-leading eCommerce platform as well as Managing Director and COO of a pan-European edtech company, both financed by private equity investors. Klaus was also actively involved in several successful company sales.

His industry expertise includes information technology, eCommerce platforms, logistics and education in the technology sector.

Klaus studied computer science and economics at the Technical University in Munich before completing an MBA at Bocconi University in Milan.
