Winfried has an impressive track record as an international and entrepreneurial CEO with more than 25 years of experience in transforming businesses through organic growth and global M&A activities. His extensive global leadership experience in the B2B sector is characterized by a strong execution orientation as well as operational and strategic expertise. In his most recent position as Group CEO, he led the Lincotek Group through a period of transformation and globalization. He carried out a global rebranding, established a divisional organization and developed the medical division into a globally recognized CDMO through several global M&A initiatives. He also globalized the Aviation and IGT divisions.

As a recognized industry expert, he understands the needs of globalized markets and actively supports both family-run companies and private equity companies in the B2B sector. He is currently active on various advisory boards of medium-sized companies. His industry focus is on specialty chemicals, plastics processing, medical technology, aerospace, IGT and additive manufacturing.

Winfried holds an MBA from the EDHEC Business School in France (Theseus Institute) and a degree in business administration from the University of Paderborn.
